Kimberly
I was born and did a bunch of stuff and then I had my beautiful daughter. Lived all over the country and still continue to seek adventure. Let’s not forget I am a huge pet lover and advocate.

Russell
Born in Los Angeles, but only stayed there a few years. I spent much of my early youth in the midwest (Wisconsin and Michigan). My family relocated to North San Diego County while still in high school.
I’ve done everything. Just check my Linked-In (or not, I’m not a big fan of LI). I worked in the music business for a long time. I ran my own commercial photography and consulting business. Concurrently I started one of the earliest watch enthusiasts conventions. Along with my partner and friend, Danny Cooper, we created the first officially sanctioned national Prius owners convention. I started priusownersgroup.com and ran it from 2005 through 2019. Along with Danny we created the What Drives Us show which ran from 2010 through 2023. Danny and I, along with seven others were also part of Toyota’s North American Prius Expert team from 2010 through 2016.
I keep myself busy.
Kimberly and I have been married since 1999. Since then we have lived Florida, Pennsylvania (back to Florida) and California. We get around.

Bisou
We found Bisou on a farm in Southern Lancaster County in 2013. She’s a fox terrier and mini-poodle mix. On the way home she pooped on my chest. She was a tiny bundle of energy and has been ever since. She might be the smartest dog we’ve ever had (we’ve had six). She loves small, stuffed animals. She has around thirty of them and she knows the name of every one.

Snow
We found Snow at the San Diego Humane Society. By the way, we cannot recommend the San Diego Humane Society highly enough. They made the adoption simple and easy. Snow was born in 2023. When we first saw Snow she was shaved to the skin because her fur was so badly matted. She had been with two other families and they had given her her up. When we first met, she was so scared and timid that she wouldn’t let us touch her. In the year since she has made enormous strides. It’s been a lot of work but rewarding work and we love seeing her happy and comfortable in her home. Since we brought her home she’s learned to play with toys and she wags her tail. Two things she did not do at first. Snow loves going to the dog park and running at full speed. She spending time with us watching TV or going for rides in the Cross.
We think Snow might be part Westie and part Schnauzer. Maybe some other stuff. She does have a partially black tongue which is weirdly cool.
